I would make a soaking tub one side like one that is built into the floor a small dipping pool for the cold water treatments but add lots of jets so when you get in, you are not only stimulated and invigorated by the cold water but you will have that extra kick of therapy on the muscles. This would be a great retreat like space for your entire family. Maybe even include some sort of sky light through the floor from the green house floor which brings in natural light from its roof/solar panel roof top..
