My home is 1917 and the previous owner used “popcorn”paint or plaster in my living room and I am sort of stuck with it as far as I can see. Is there any option or way to get rid of it or fix it or update it since the underlying plaster and lath(sp???) are starting to crack? Thanks for any suggestions.
