Oh my gosh, I love it!! I tell my kids all the time that it is my dream to buy the ugliest crappiest house out there and make it beautiful with my own hands. You are living the dream! I am also totally hooked on this project. It is seriously so fun to watch your talented self take on a project of this scope. Good luck with construction loan! I say that selfishly because I really really want to see what’s next and I can’t wait. And yes, #mercperk is awesome.

Cute video- I loved it! I love your blog because you guys are so real, nothing fake about you! Can’t wait to see the end result!! I’ve been trying to do a gallery wall in my house but it takes a while to gather all the right pieces! Also, Last week I scored a mid century modern lowboy dresser/sideboard type thing and I absolutely LOVE it!! My gallery wall is going to be hung over it. Anyways, thanks for the fun little video!

I love following along on this project. I am hoping to embark on something similar, but my obstacles are at least as bad as the ones you had to deal with, and they’re not anywhere near as close to being resolved. So I’ll enjoy living vicariously through you!
