I bought the same 1972 Bell trailer last year and while searching the web for ideas, the nugget came up and I couldn’t believe someone had the same idea of remodeling it. This really helped me come up with ideas for my own restoration project! Im nearly done about to put down the flooring and paint the exterior. Thanks for the inspiration

Hi Mandi, i have to agree with all of the kind compliments by the numerous viewers. The two of you did an amazing job on this tiny trailer. I was just wondering about the bathroom, gas tank for thr stove and hot water and air conditioning/heating? Without those, I can’t imagine surviving in that beautiful little gem. Could you send me an email with the answer please? Thank you for sharing this awesome project.

Wow ! Just found you after Months of looking for info on a 11 ft. Diamond Top” Traveler” 1971. Same as your “Nugget but bit shorter than yours. Going to look at your blog , will probably have a million questions
Am located in Napa ,Ca. in the heart of the wine country.

Do you have any Info on the Mfg”r and where it was built?

Absolutely love what you’ve done with the Nugget! Years ago, when I was married, we lived in a 20 ft. travel trailer for a couple years, moving from place to place each week with a job, even adding a baby to the mix. People thought we were crazy but when you’re in love, you can do anything. I could not have envisioned all the neat changes you made making the Nugget so bright and cheerful. Your husband is indeed a gem and you both deserve applause for an awesome project.

This is phenomenal! So light and spacious looking in such a tiny area. Super duper kudos! And I love the modernized retro look! Such a great mix of modern and old, with fresher color choices.
