dang, I didn’t take a picture, but on Sat afternoon, late, I ran out of eggs (actually, the cheap store brand my husband came home with last month went bad) and I had to make a box of brownies for Sunday. I’d not had a shower, had my jammie top on, and threw something over it, put on some clammdigger kind of pants and my black closed-back clogs. The ones that never make my feet hurt, and I even now wear them around the house IN my jammies, b/c slippers don’t cut it, comfort wise. I get there, and pull right in next to some friends. Thankfully, these are great friends who get it, and didn’t look so hot themselves. I finally run into the store, and this is the “nice” store in our town, that I only go to when I’m in a hurry, b/c is is one mile from my house. As I’m running across the cross walk, I realize that my friends are probably astonished and laughing at me in my black clogs, short pants and weird/bunchy shirt, crap for hairdo, and general discheveled look. Once I’m inside, I’m surrounded by so many crazed Memorial Day food shoppers, that no one noticed me. I hope………….

Mandi, seriously, I see women in the store who look like that! I’d be happy to be that size, so no, I never look like that–hair is way too short for a pony, make-up is a vague memory (maybe lipstick sometimes) and obese. You’re gorgeous, dahling! And if you check my blog, it’s been forever since I posted anything I did. I can’t even remember to get up a picture of the little crocheting I’ve been able to do. Love your guts, too :-). Janet

I LOVE THAT YOU POSTED THE 1st PIX!!!!!!! I couldn’t stop laughing not only at how AMAZING your hair looked(and I didn’t even seem to notice till after the pix was taken hahaha), but how we should totally be together 24/7 with all of our awesome ideas we have! Love you and your beautiful hair!!
