I just started following you after reading your life story post. I am an adult child of an addict and I think you are amazing for sharing your story.
I LOVE Newsies. I was in a gift store at Disneyland a few weeks ago and “Seize the Day” came on over the loudspeaker – I nearly did the entire dance number right there (to my husband’s horror)
My M-I-L always says “love your guts” and I think it is obnoxious but when you say it I think it’s adorable.

Newsies is my favoritist movie ever! Yes, I love Newsies so much that I had to make up a word to describe it. I’m allowed to though, because that’s the kind of stuff you can do when you’re the king of New York, and I’m sure they would have given me the title if I were in the movie with them. Well, maybe they would have called me the queen, but it’s the same thing, right?

Mandi, I just found your blog last night from UCreate, and I haven’t gotten off the computer in let’s see, 8 hours now! Seriously…I keep saying I’ll read one more post or tutorial & then go to bed, but they are all SO good! I can’t wait until tomorrow to go around my house and see what I can come up with for a new project. Plus I think you are so ridiculously funny! I keep LOLing at the things you say. I think we would be good friends if we knew each other in real life. Except I live in Washington:( Anyways, I absolutely LOVE your blog and I think you are amazing. I love finding a kindred NEWSIES! spririt!!!! Oh my goodness – this just made my week. I am a mom of two, 31 years old, and I have loved this movie since I was a kid. In fact – I currently have the soundtrack in my car cd player – even my kids know all the words 🙂
