One of my favorite parts about blogging is connecting as a community. A year and 1/2 ago I “met” Heidi in the Crafting With The Stars Competition. She is talented beyond all belief and truly a genuine sweet person.
This week tragedy struck her family. After giving birth to their 3rd child Heidi’s Sister In Law Alice contracted Strep A Toxic Shock and passed away leaving behind a grieving husband and 3 small children including their brand new baby daughter. As if going through this wasn’t enough already Heidi’s brother just graduated with his MBA and has yet to find a job and they did not have insurance.

this just breaks my heart. This story makes you realize how precious life is and how God always had a bigger plan than ours. I’m praying for this family and will continue to do so…thank you for posting.
