This year we channeled our inner Rankin-Bass and did Rudolph The Red Nosed Reindeer….

Complete with Rudolph and Clarice, Misfit Toys, Santa, and a whole host of adorable reindeer!!

  1. What an amazing photo!! I don’t know who any of these characters are but it doesn’t matter, its adorable!!

  2. I’ve come to a decision, you now have a new Granny in the family. Granny Lou will come in handy for Christmas photos. I’ve got long gray hair and one leg. A one legged Granny will fit in just fine at Christmas time with my red power chair. I don’t eat much and promise to teach the kids only the really useful cuss words. I should be there in time for next year’s photos. I can only hitch a ride with vehicles that can fit my power chair, making cross country a little slow. So tell the kids that Granny’s on her way. See you sooner if the rides are good. I can’t wait!

  3. The kids look so sweet as little reindeer … and then there’s Court in the background with giant glowing red nipples! You nailed this year’s photo (you always do).

  4. I’m telling my age but we used to watch this Christmas special every year when I was a kid. So cute and creative! Love it!

  5. Just talking to my sister about how much I love your blog, your creativity. I was looking up home blogs last night. Love. How. You. Create. Beauty! Thank you. It is inspiring. Scary to think about but inspiring. and…. I am glad you are not building. I cannot wait to see what you do to remodel and how you put your stamp on your home. It sounds so much more exciting than a new build, honestly! Congratulations! Happy New Year!!
