Its just so cute for year round use that I decided to whip up the SIMPLEST hanging planter you can even imagine! I’m heading to my sister’s tomorrow to shoot her nursery for the One Room Challenge and bringing this cute thing along!! It’s going to look so cute with the arch painted wall!

We just got back for the best trip to France and I wanted to write every bit of it down!

Backstory: For Christmas we had the intention of surprising our girls on a trip. We decided that we were done with buying a bunch of crap that they didn’t care about 3 days later and instead we would do something different. In June I saw a great flight deal for round trip tickets to Paris for $450 round trip. Did you notice I said intention?…Dylan was reading a group text message on my mom’s phone and read about the trip. DANG IT!

A child’s attachment to their favorite stuffed toy is like my attachment to plants. Unwavering! Stuffed animals are constant companions that go everywhere – and experience everything – that your kiddo does. Adorable.

Also, really gross.

If your child has a lovie, YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN. These things are held, sucked on, snuggled, dragged around, and loved to pieces. Quite literally. You could dissect, layer by layer, everything and everywhere your kid has done, ate, or gone, based on their lovie. Funnnnnn!

Oh man are you guys finally ready for some nursery tutorials?! If you’ve been following along with the One Room Challenge you know that I am overhauling my adorable niece Finn’s nursery. When we started it was a blank white box that was just begging for some whimsy! If you know me at all, you know that exciting statement walls are my literal love language. And I could not wait to get my hands on this room!! (Scroll to the end of this post to see some of my favorite statement walls!)

A unique pattern makes the space feel special!
